Peanut Butter Toffee Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges.
  3. Spray lightly with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  4. Combine brown sugar, 1 cup butter, sugar and vanilla in bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy.
  5. Add eggs; continue beating until well mixed.
  6. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  7. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  8. Spread batter into prepared pan; sprinkle with toffee bits, pressing down slightly.
  9. Bake 28-33 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Combine all drizzle ingredients except half & half in bowl; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  12. Continue beating, adding enough half & half for desired consistency.
  13. Drizzle over bars.
  14. Carefully lift cooled bars out of pan, using foil ends.
  15. Peel off foil; cut into bars.
  16. *Substitute chocolate chips.
