Grilled Cheese & Tomato Sandwich with a Salad

  1. Spread each slice of bread with 1 tsp.
  2. margarine; place one buttered-side down in a small nonstick skillet.
  3. Top with a slice of cheese, a thick slice of tomato, another slice of cheese and another slice of bread buttered-side up.
  4. Cook each side on medium until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
  5. To build salad, toss together broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, onions and dressing; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels just before serving.
  7. Enjoy an apple and a cookie for dessert.
  8. Serve meal with a bottle of CRYSTAL LIGHT.
