Taco Chicken
- 1 whole Chicken(boiled And De-boned)
- 12- 1/2 ounces, weight Nacho Or Spicy Nacho Doritos
- 1 whole Medium Onion
- 1 whole Bell Pepper
- 1 stick Butter-Blue Bonnet Or The Like
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 2 cans Rotel
- 1 can Green Chiles
- Boil and de-bone entire chicken.
- Crush entire bag of chips and spread them out into a 9x13 baking pan.
- Saute onion and pepper in butter.
- Add soup, Rotel, chiles, and chicken.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture over crushed chips.
- Cover mixture with cheese and bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
- We like to serve it with a bowl of fresh tomatoes or salsa to put on top.
