Okara Banana Cake
- 150 grams Fresh okara
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 Sliced almonds
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Shape a piece of parchment paper into a boat shape and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C.
- Once it cools to the touch, store it into the refrigerator.
- For a moist finish, I recommend serving it a few hours after baking.
- Another easy way to bake this in the microwave is as follows:
- Cut the parchment paper into 15x15cm squares, and place a dollop of batter in the center of each.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes at 600W while keeping an eye on them.
- Tie the paper with tape, and they're done.
- Let them chill in the refrigerator before eating.
- Fill a few with chocolate, then microwave...
- ...and place a game of "who got the chocolate?
- "!
