Okara Banana Cake

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Shape a piece of parchment paper into a boat shape and pour in the batter.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C.
  4. Once it cools to the touch, store it into the refrigerator.
  5. For a moist finish, I recommend serving it a few hours after baking.
  6. Another easy way to bake this in the microwave is as follows:
  7. Cut the parchment paper into 15x15cm squares, and place a dollop of batter in the center of each.
  8. Microwave for 2-3 minutes at 600W while keeping an eye on them.
  9. Tie the paper with tape, and they're done.
  10. Let them chill in the refrigerator before eating.
  11. Fill a few with chocolate, then microwave...
  12. ...and place a game of "who got the chocolate?
  13. "!
