Open Faced Chicken n Gravy sandwich w/ Mashed Tators

  1. remove all meat from carcass of the chicken.
  2. get all the grooves you can where the tender meat sits too.
  3. use the leg, wings, back, neck, tail, etc.. shred and year the chicken pieces.
  4. in a sauce pan place chicken pieces and gravy.
  5. salt n pepper to taste.
  6. heart until bubbling add water if needed to desired thickness.
  7. heat mashed potatoes in microwave or pot or make new.
  8. on a plate place a slice of bread of you're choice.
  9. next to it place a heaping spoonful of mashed potatoes.
  10. pour chicken gravy all over everything and serve!
  11. a quick easy lunch!
  12. amounts of ingredients depends on how much you have left and how many you wanna serve.. :)

leftover roast, here, salt, potatoes, bread
