Sriracha Turkey Burgers
- 1 pound Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1/2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- 3 Tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- Optional Burger Toppings: Cucumber Slices, Pickled Carrots And Daikon, Fresh Cilantro Sprigs, And Sriracha Mayo
- Preheat a gas or charcoal grill on medium-high heat.
- If the weather isnt conducive to grilling, preheat a stove top grill pan or indoor grill instead.
- In a large bowl, use your hands to combine the ground turkey, green onions, egg, breadcrumbs, Sriracha, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic and salt.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Arrange the burgers on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked all the way through (a meat thermometer should register an internal temperature of 160 F).
- Remove patties to a plate.
- To serve, place a patty in each bun, and finish with whatever toppings you like.
