Creamy faux crab dip
- 1 lb fake crab
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 white onion
- Mash crab meat with a potato masher until in very small chunks.
- Dice onion finely and mix the two.
- Add all other ingredients and mix.
- Taste and adjust for flavor and texture; add more mayo or sour cream if you want it more moist.
- Also delicious when you use a bunch of green onions instead of white!
