Spinach Alfredo
- 2 cups semolina flour
- 14 cup whole wheat flour
- 10 ounces alfredo sauce
- 4 tablespoons light extra-light vegetable oil spread
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 (1 1/3 ounce) packages alfredo sauce mix
- Combine flours and towel dried spinach and make pasta according to manufacturers instructions.
- Hang on drying rack or over kitchen chairs to dry.
- Boil wet or dried noodles 9 minutes and drain.
- Melt butter in saucepan and combine water, milk, and sauce mix.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer on low 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over cooked pasta and enjoy!
