Roasted Sausage and Peppers
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- kosher salt
- Pepper
- Crusty bread
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the sausage, onion, and bell pepper with the oil and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
- Roast until the sausages are cooked through, 15 to 18 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread, if desired.
