Seared Tuna & Green Bean Salad with Ginger-Ranch Dressing
- Ginger-Ranch Dressing
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Farmhouse Ranch Dressing
- 1/3 cup pickled ginger, finely chopped
- Seared Tuna
- 16 each tuna steaks (6 oz.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/3 cup oil
- Salad
- 1 gal. fresh green beans, blanched
- 1 qt. cooked bulgur
- 1 qt. parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 qt. jicama, julienned
- 2 cups red onions, small diced
- Ginger-Ranch Dressing: Combine ingredients.
- Seared Tuna: Season tuna with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in pan on high heat.
- Sear tuna on each side to desired doneness.
- Set aside.
- Salad: Toss Salad ingredients for trial recipe (1 serving).
- Arrange in center of serving plate.
- Top with 1 Seared Tuna steak.
- Serve with 2 Tbsp.
- Ginger-Ranch Dressing on the side.
