Seared Tuna & Green Bean Salad with Ginger-Ranch Dressing

  1. Ginger-Ranch Dressing: Combine ingredients.
  2. Seared Tuna: Season tuna with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in pan on high heat.
  4. Sear tuna on each side to desired doneness.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Salad: Toss Salad ingredients for trial recipe (1 serving).
  7. Arrange in center of serving plate.
  8. Top with 1 Seared Tuna steak.
  9. Serve with 2 Tbsp.
  10. Ginger-Ranch Dressing on the side.
