Flank Steak Marinade (Oamc)

• 12 cup honey
• 12 cup soy sauce
• 12 cup red wine
• 3 garlic cloves, pressed
• 14 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 14 teaspoon chili powder
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 1 12 lbs flank steaks (or any steak really)

1. Mix all ingredients in plastic bag.
2. add steak
3. marinate overnight.
4. cook to med-rare and slice thinly across the grain.
