Bacon Wrapped Chicken Rolls
- 4 whole Chicken Breast Fillets
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- Start by cutting each piece of chicken in half lengthwise.
- Place a piece of bacon on the cutting board and roll the chicken into a ball before wrapping the chicken ball with bacon.
- Secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped chicken into a dish, cover with the BBQ sauce and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and place the dish into a 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve while hot.
- Serving suggestion: serve with Monkey Gland BBQ Sauce (see my TK recipe box or website for the recipe).
