Bacon Wrapped Chicken Rolls

  1. Start by cutting each piece of chicken in half lengthwise.
  2. Place a piece of bacon on the cutting board and roll the chicken into a ball before wrapping the chicken ball with bacon.
  3. Secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place the wrapped chicken into a dish, cover with the BBQ sauce and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the fridge and place the dish into a 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve while hot.
  7. Serving suggestion: serve with Monkey Gland BBQ Sauce (see my TK recipe box or website for the recipe).
