Mom's Goulash
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 cups spaghetti, cooked and drained (about 8 oz.)
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- In large, oven-proof skillet, brown meat, then lift off to drain fat.
- Return beef to skillet, add garlic, soups, water, and 1/2 of cheese.
- Add cooked spaghetti and mix to combine.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and add rest of cheese, then return to oven until cheese melts.
