Kale Soup

  1. heat oil and saute onions and garlic.
  2. add brown sugar, oregano and thyme and cook until sugar melts.
  3. add kale and heat until cooked down but not over soft.
  4. add beans, vinegar and salt.
  5. sprinkle nutritional yeast on before serving.
