Orange Truffle Cups

• 5 tablespoons butter
• 23 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
• 3 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, melted and cooled
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 -2 tablespoon orange liqueur
• 14 teaspoon grated orange rind

1. Cream butter and gradually add sugar, blending well.
2. Stir in chocolate, orange liqueur, orange rind and vanilla.
3. Spoon or pipe mixture into chocolate paper cups.
4. Chill.
