Grilled Steak with Tzatziki Salad

  1. Mix A.1., 2 Tbsp.
  2. lemon juice, oil and 1 tsp.
  3. garlic; pour 1/4 cup over steak in shallow dish.
  4. Turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. to marinate.
  7. Heat grill to medium heat.
  8. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Grill steak 10 to 12 min.
  10. or until medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning after 6 min.
  11. Meanwhile, mix remaining lemon juice, garlic, sour cream and dill in medium bowl.
  12. Cut cucumber slices in half.
  13. Add to sour cream mixture with onions and cheese; mix lightly.
  14. Transfer steak to cutting board; let stand 5 min.
  15. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place in large bowl.
  16. Drizzle with remaining A.1.
  17. mixture.
  18. Serve in pitas topped with cucumber salad.
