Meat and Potatoes Salad

  1. Pour 1 cup of the dressing over steak; cover.
  2. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
  3. Drain; discard dressing.
  4. Place potatoes in double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil to form pouch; top with remaining 1/2 cup dressing.
  5. Place steak and potato pouch on greased grill over medium coals.
  6. Grill 15 minutes or until steak is cooked to desired doneness, turning occasionally.
  7. Cut steak across grain into thin strips.
  8. Toss greens, tomato, onion, steak strips and potatoes.
