Butterless, Eggless, Milkless Cake (Has Flour) Recipe
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 5 c. flour, sifted
- 1 c. walnuts, minced
- 1 lb raisins, cooked 15 min in 2c. water, then add in
- 1 c. cool water
- Cook raisins, then add in water, set aside.
- Cream Crisco, sugar; then gradually add in flour, and spices.
- Add in raisin mix and nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs in greased and floured angel food cake pan.
