Cookie Fudge

  1. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate squares, condensed milk, and salt.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in cookies.
  3. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
  6. Store tightly covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
