Pistachio Pudding Parfait

  1. Place 2 Tbsp.
  2. OREO Pieces in bottom of each 8-oz.
  3. dessert cup or portion cup.
  4. Place milk and pudding mix in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  5. Beat on medium speed 2 to 3 minutes or until well blended, scraping down side of bowl as needed.
  6. Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture over cookie pieces in each cup; top with 1/4 cup of the whipped topping.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
