Stuffing Stuffed Mushroom Caps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix all ingredients (except mushroom caps) in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Stuff the mixture into 24 button mushroom caps.
  3. Top with more Parmesan and olive oil.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 F. Serve hot.
