Chicago style Italian beef

  1. Combine roast, peppers and seasonings in your slow cooker
  2. Cook about 6-7 hours on low
  3. Sautee the onion and mushrooms with butter and a little salt and pepper
  4. Shred the roast and pile it on a toasty hoagie roll.
  5. Top with cheese mushrooms and onions and ENJOY
