Broiled Lamb Chop Dinner Recipe
- 1 can (1 lb) liquid removed potatoes
- 2 c. Sliced cooked carrots
- 4 x Lamb chops (3/4" thick)
- 1/3 c. French dressing
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- Arrange potatoes & carrots in bottom of broiler pan.
- Arrange lamb chops on broiler rack; brush lamb with French dressing.
- Broil 3-4" from heat for 5-7 min.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt; turn chops.
- Brush with French dressing; broil 5-7 min longer, basting with dressing during cooking.
