Crispy Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe

• 4 (1/4 lb.) boneless & skinless chicken breast halves
• 3 tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
• Vegetable cooking spray

1. Brush chicken breast halves with mayonnaise.
2. Dredge chicken in bread crumbs, and place on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 min or until chicken is done and coating is crispy.
