Chipotle Mayonnaise

• 34 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle chile, seeded
• 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 2 tablespoons chopped coriander (cilantro)
• salt (to taste)

1. Mix the ingredients together and store in refrigerator.
