Tangy Barbecue Pitas

  1. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add onions.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 4-6 minutes or until softened.
  3. Add barbecue sauce, roast beef and corn.
  4. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 4-6 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Fill each pita half with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 halves cheese and about 1/3 cup beef mixture.
