Travie's Favorite Poppy Seed Chicken
- 6 -8 medium chicken breasts, diced
- 1 -10 12 ounce cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces Ritz crackers, 1 sleeve, broken into med. size pieces
- 13 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- salt and pepper
- Spray frying pan with nonstick coating; add diced chicken and season with S & P and a pinch of garlic powder, cook until no longer pink.
- Add both cans of soup, sour cream and poppy seeds to chicken and stir until well blended.
- Pour chicken mix in a 9x13" dish.
- Sprinkle pieces of crackers evenly over chicken, pour melted butter evenly over crackers.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly
- Enjoy!
