Sweet Stir Fry Recipe
- half lb. chicken
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 4 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
- 1 16 ounce of frzn rice stir fry
- Season thawed chicken on both sides using 1 Tbsp.
- of ginger, 1 Tbsp.
- paprika, and 1 Tbsp.
- of chopped garlic.
- Grill seasoned chicken for 8-9 min or possibly till no longer pink.
- Then, add in 1 Tbsp.
- of oil to a frying pan on medium heat.
- Slowly add in the frzn rice to the pan.
- Stir constantly for 5-8 min or possibly till hard and tender.
- Cut up the grilled chicken into cubes, then add in to the rice stir fry.
- Slowly add in 1 Tbsp.
- at a time to the mix and cook for 2 min.
