Chocolate Hurricane
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream, semi-melted
- 2 ounces chocolate syrup
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- 2 ounces dark creme de cacao liqueur
- 2 ounces vodka, such as Tito's
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Chocolate or hazelnut sticks, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, coffee liqueur, creme de cacao and vodka.
- Shake well and strain into two chilled hurricane glasses.
- Top each with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a chocolate stick.
