Crispy Baked Fish

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Rinse and pat dry fish.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl add milk.
  4. In a another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and paprika.
  5. Dip fish into milk, then dredge fish into breadcrumb mixture, coat fish evenly.
  6. Arrange fish on a baking sheet or shallow pan.
  7. Discard any extra milk and breadcrumb mixture.
  8. Bake about 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
