Caprese Burger

  1. Combine all patty ingredients by hand, just until blended.
  2. Form into 6 patties and, using your thumb, make an indentation in center of patty so that they dont plump up during grilling.
  3. When grill is preheated, grill for 6 minutes per side, adding sliced mozzarella during last 3 minutes of grilling.
  4. Place burgers on buns, top with fresh tomato and basil.
