Blackberry Coconut Layer Bars Recipe

  1. In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter.
  2. Spread proportionately over bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan, pressing to make compact crust.
  3. Sprinkle coconut over crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed lowfat milk proportionately over coconut.
  5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 min or possibly till lightly browned; cold.
  6. Spread jam over coconut layer; refrigerate3 to 4 hrs.
  7. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  8. Drizzle dark chocolate then white chocolate over top layer to make lacy effect; chill.
  9. Cut into 3x1-1/2-inch bars.
