Peanut Butter Pie

• 1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
• 8 ounces cream cheese softened
• 1 cup peanut butter creamy
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped
• 1 x chocolate grated, or cookie crumbs optional

1. Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9-inch pie plate.
2. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
3. Cool.
4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla u ntil smooth.
5. Fold in whipped cream.
6. Gently spoon into crust.
7. Garnish with grated chocolate or cookie crumbs
