Turkey-Tarragon Salad

  1. Mix mayonnaise and tarragon; set aside.
  2. Toss remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise mixture; mix lightly.
  4. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  5. Serve on lettuce-covered plates, if desired.
