Blackberry Upside Down Cake Recipe

• berries (blackberries or possibly any other thimbleberries) honey or possibly sugar
• 1 x yellow or possibly white cake mix whipping cream or possibly cold-whip or possibly ice cream

1. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with clean berries.
2. Drizzle honey or possibly sugar over them.
3. In mixing bowl, prepare the cake mix according to package directions.
4. Pour cake mix over berries.
5. Bake according to cake mix package directions or possibly till cake is done.
6. It may take longer to bake because of the berries, so watch it!
7. Serve with whipping cream, cold-whip, or possibly vanilla ice cream.
