Slow-Cooker Tuscan Chili

  1. Crumble sausage into large skillet.
  2. Add onions; cook until sausage is browned, stirring frequently.
  3. Drain.
  4. Transfer to slow cooker.
  5. Add tomatoes, peppers and tomato paste; mix well.
  6. Stir in beans; cover with lid.
  7. Cook on LOW 3-1/2 to 4 hours (or on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 hours).
  8. Stir in herbs; cover.
  9. Cook on HIGH 10 min.
  10. ; stir.
  11. Serve topped with cheese.
