Iced Coffee Mocha Float

• 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• 2 cups club soda or sparkling water, chilled
• 4 small scoops coffee ice cream

1. In each of 2 tall glasses, stir together 2 tablespoons of the chocolate syrup and 1 cup of the club soda.
2. Place 2 scoops of the ice cream in each glass and serve immediately.
