French Toast Casserole

  1. Melt brown sugar, butter, and Karo syrup (do not boil)
  2. pour in the bottom of a casserole dish
  3. put bread tightly over the brown sugar mixture in the dish
  4. mix the rest of the ingredients well and pour over bread
  5. cover tightly and refrigerate overnight
  6. bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned
