Pea Soup
- 500 g shelled peas
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 12 cups vegetable stock or 2 12 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- salt
- pepper
- heat oil in a pan add onions n saute till white.
- add peas n saute for 5 more minutes.
- add seasoning and vegetable stock simmer till peas are cooked.
- wen cool puree in a grinder strain n warm the soup
- serve warm topped with fresh cream.
