Mexican chicken
- 1/2 packages tortilla chips
- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 garlic (to taste)
- 1/2 lb shredded cheese
- Spray 9x13 casserole dish.
- Put crushed chips on bottom.
- Put shredded or cubed chicken over chips then mix soup, rotel, chili powder, garlic, and of the cheese to put over the chicken.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Put the rest of the shredded cheese on top with ten minutes left to bake.
