Tortilla Roll-ups

  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Add sour cream, diced green chiles, black olives, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix above ingredients together well.
  4. Spread evenly on a tortilla and roll.
  5. Repeat until all filling has been used.
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  7. Cut each roll into about 1 inch pieces and place on platter.
  8. Serve with salsa.
