Bri's Na-cho Doritos bake
- 1 large Bag Doritos
- 1/2 lb Montery Jack Cheese
- 1/2 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 can Original Rotel
- 2 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cup Frozen Sweet Corn
- 3 cup Frozen Checkers brand fries
- 1 large Purple Onion
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Salt Pepper to taste
- Dice your large onion.
- Place Onion and Ground Beef into a pan on medium.
- Season Ground Beef with Salt and pepper.
- Cook until brown.
- (Dont over cook because it will go in the oven).
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Slice Both Cheeses and set aside.
- In a sauce pan heat Rotel and Mushroom Soup together.
- Crunch Doritos into small pieces.
- Place a layer at the bottom of a baking pan.
- Place a layer of fries and a layer of corn.
- Then a layer of Ground beef and Rotel mixture.
- Repeat.
- Add both cheeses to the top layer.
- Also add additional Doritos crumbs to the top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- ( oven times may vary).
