Mom's Turkey or Chicken Stuffing
- 3 cups cubed stale French bread (dried overnight)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 12 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Melt butter in skillet, sautee onions and celery.
- Add spices.
- Combine bread cubes with celery/onion/butter and toss.
- Stuff poultry, put extra stuffing into covered casserole dish.
