Fried Chicken
- 5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bowl, plate, of flour
- 1 frying pan
- 1 Bottle of vegie oil
- 1 salt & pepper (for taste)
- 1 large spoonfull of butter
- Put the vegie oil in the pan, i would say put about 1/4 of a cup of oil if you like yours crispy.
- Melt the butter in a separate plate/bowl and put flour in a separate plate.
- Dip the chicken in the butter FIRST, then into the flour.
- Pour salt & pepper over the chicken, and throw in the frying pan.
- And cook until crisped all the way, or to a golden brown.
- ( as the chicken is cooking, you can throw more flour on it while cookin to keep it crispy, thats what i do to keep mine like it is.
