Fried Chicken

  1. Put the vegie oil in the pan, i would say put about 1/4 of a cup of oil if you like yours crispy.
  2. Melt the butter in a separate plate/bowl and put flour in a separate plate.
  3. Dip the chicken in the butter FIRST, then into the flour.
  4. Pour salt & pepper over the chicken, and throw in the frying pan.
  5. And cook until crisped all the way, or to a golden brown.
  6. ( as the chicken is cooking, you can throw more flour on it while cookin to keep it crispy, thats what i do to keep mine like it is.
