Cheese and Bacon Puffs

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 12 cup cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 teaspoons horseradish, drained
• 1 tablespoon sherry wine
• 12 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1. Combine all ingredients; spread on party-sized bread, toast cut-outs or crackers and broil until golden brown.
