Pan-Broiled Teriyaki Salmon -- Lowfat

  1. In a 10 inch saute pan, heat the sesame oil, mirin, and soy sauce.
  2. Add the salmon fillets, and pan-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Carefully turn the fish over with a spatula and cook for 2 more minutes, or until the salmon is pink on the outside and barely pink inside.
  4. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve on heated plates.
