Tabouli Recipe

  1. Combine bulgur wheat, boiling water and salt in large bowl.
  2. Cover and let stand 15-20 min.
  3. Add in lemon juice, garlic, oil and mint; mix thoroughly.
  4. Chill 2-3 hrs or possibly overnight.
  5. Just before serving add in vegetables and black pepper; mix gently.
  6. Garnish with feta cheese and black olives.
