kitty's Pumpkin Cheesecake

• 3 eggs
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 8 teaspoons Sweet 'n Low (8 packets or 1 1/2 Tbls. liquid saccharin)
• 13 teaspoon vanilla butternut flavoring
• 13 teaspoon maple extract
• 13 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 12 cup pumpkin (1/2 can)
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 12 teaspoon nutmeg
• 14 teaspoon salt

1. Blend all ingredients in blender or processor until liquified.
2. Pour into 9" pie pan.
3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
4. Let cool.
5. Topping with pecans before baking or topping with sugar free whipped cream is Maaahvelous!
