Slow Cooked Beef

  1. Place onions in bottom of crockpot, and place the piece of beef on top.
  2. Combine garlic, sauce, wine, and stock in a small jug, and pour over the beef.
  3. Sprinkle herbs on top, and cook on low for 4 hours, or until done to your liking., basting frequently with the liquid from the crockpot.
  4. Serve with roasted vegetables and yorkshire pudding.
