Healthy Muffins/Cookies
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 18 cup toasted wheat germ
- 18 cup flax seed meal
- 18 cup flax seed
- 12 cup protein powder
- 14 cup graham flour
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 18 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 18 cup Splenda granular, artificial sweetener
- 1 14 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 12 tablespoons oil
- 14 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup carrot, pulp (may omit)
- 1 cup nuts
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup applesauce
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Preheat oven to 400 & grease cookie sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
- Mix other ingredients in medium bowl.
- Mix together.
- Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
